Cut cinnamon sticks into cubes and place in a large mixing bowl along with diced apples and cranberries. Combine milk, butter and sugar in a microwave safe bowl and heat until melted. Whisk together eggs, vanilla extract and almond extract and add to the heated milk mixture. Pour the mixture over the cinnamon sticks, apples and cranberries and mix well. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and refrigerate for at least one hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
